Ntsiki made this wine because she was told that she needed to make an orange wine for Natural Wine drinkers. But after trying a bunch in New York, she wasn't impressed and decided to make a skin contact wine in her style.
Description
Bright salinity throughout, there is some tannin structure due to the skin contact, but I would still consider it “light”. Rich stone fruit gives the wine some weight and depth.
