Made in the Japanese Prefecture of Shiga, this Junmai Sake is made from Tamazakae rice and is polished to 60%. The Tomita Brewery was founded in the 1540s. This isn't a sweet or creamy Nigori, while the mouthfeel is noticeable, it is overall dry.
