Lini 910 N.V. Lambrusco Dell'Emilia Labrusca Rosé Sparkling Wine

Much like the Bianco, Lini brought to my attention that there is such a thing as Lambrusco Rose. Pale and delicate but packed with wild strawberry and summer melon flavors. Just as snappy and fresh as can be and once again a lovely food wine. Fried goodies, cold cuts, brunch items and one of our staff thinks this is a perfect wine for carnitas.
