It’s not surprising that while this Bourbon is expressive, it has a soft approach (because it's a Wheated Bourbon). Honey and dried coco lead to oak spice and hints of apple. There’s a light coating mouthfeel, it reminds me a little of the milk at the end of a bowl of cereal.
